I’ll have one if you’ll have one….

The bar got a touch of Christmas whimsy this week. The addition of a tall stand of snow flocked trees and a couple of plates was all it took to give the bar area some holiday flair.

It’s always fun to add in a touch of whimsy wherever you can. Who wouldn’t want to relax and imbibe a little cocktail during this hectic atmosphere of shopping and decorating?

I’ll have one, if you’ll have one….     My favorite is a whiskey sour, made with a little extra simple syrup and served straight up with a couple of cherries.  What’s your pleasure?

I'll have a Bud Light, but I don't see any beer on the table. A glass of wine would do!

Oh, yes please! After a day of shopping like today I could use a little something. My hubby loves whiskey sours too and my favorite is a mojito or a sour apple martini. Yum! I love your touches of Christmas you have added to every corner of your gorgeous home Sue! :-)

What fun! Stress at the holidays? LOL! My parents rarely drink and Christmas is the only time I've ever seen my mom partake a little too much! I think it's because of the in-laws.

I backtracked a bit and love the snowflake goblets and the chippy angel with the bird! The Santa on the deer warms me right up with those colors, he'd fit in perfect here!

PS: Forgot to tell you to have a milk chocolate peanut cluster with that whiskey sour. O my goodness! One Christmas at the farm whiskey sour was our tippling choice and the clusters added something special to cocktail hour!:-)
